Bearing the name that references the F5 tornado, this sports car pretends to take the title of one of the world's fastest and most powerful road cars.

The first Hennessey Venom F5 to come as a successor to the Venom GT was a coupe. The famous tuner made it in only 24 units and sold each for about $1.6 million. Now, the roadster comes to the scene, and though mechanically the same as its sibling, it will have some distinctive design elements and a different feeling. Of course, the pricing will also increase to $3 million, but it's worth noting that Hennessey sold out most of the total 29 units.
Wealthy buyers didn't wait to grab the vehicle that promised to be the fastest road car on earth. Considering a 6.6-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine (named Fury, adequately) that produces a spectacular 1,817 horsepower at 8,000 RPM, that can easily come true. Then, there's also an incredible aerodynamic-based body that weighs only 2,998 lbs, which brings us to the power-to-weight ratio of 1,298 horsepower per ton. Are you impressed yet?
Oh, we almost forgot to mention that the Hennessey Venom F5 aims to exceed a top speed of 311 mph and achieve a 0-60 mph acceleration in about 2.6 seconds. It's no wonder the brand gave it a name after the most intense tornado.

But again, we have to mention that its exterior is extremely satisfying to look at and experience. Glued to the ground, sleek, and with a perfect combination of smooth and sporty lines, this ride is simply beautiful.
The Hennessey Venom F5's interior is simple and elegant, focusing exclusively on the driver's experience and pure functionality. There are no distractions whatsoever, only functionality within hand's reach. This lack of extra features also sheds off weight and promotes better performance.
Just like the exterior, the interior of the Hennessey Venom F5 offers carbon fiber, but it adds a luxurious touch with leather coverings on the doors, the dashboard, and the seats. There's also a carbon-fiber yoke steering wheel inspired by F1, which promotes a secure grip and gives a racing-alike experience. On the steering wheels are controls for lights, windshield wipers, and turn signals. For selecting the driving modes, drivers can use a center dial.
Weight-shedding aside, the Hennessey Venom F5 couldn't go without a 7-inch heads-up display and a 9-inch center display. The former shows vehicle-relevant information such as speed, engine revs, and oil, coolant, and engine temperatures. The latter provides navigation, stereo, Bluetooth, hands-free calls, Apple Car Play and Android Auto connectivity, and more.
Another great thing in the Hennessey Venom F5's interior is the design of the bucket seats covered in the finest materials for optimum comfort and a luxurious feeling. In fact, the entire vehicle has those rich elements that add to the premium experience, such as Texas- and US-inspired aluminum inserts on door handles.
