Description
DX6060 is a high-precision engraving and milling machine for injection molding, cold die mold, copper electrode, aluminum alloy and hard alloy processing, shoe mold manufacturing, and watch industry.
The whole machine structure uses all the cast structure of iron, two annealings eliminate stress, and the machine tool reinforcement is scientific to ensure no deformation. The three-axis adopts Taiwan PMI or HIWIN C3 ball screw, and the three-axis adopts Taiwan PMI or HIWIN H-class or P-class line rail.
The three-axis uses NSK P4 bearings. The accuracy of the three axes is within 0.008 mm.
With high precision, fast processing speed and good processing finish, DX6060 is widely used in mold manufacturing, Carbide processing,metal hardware products.
