Safety operating essentials
1) it is strictly prohibited to put hands and other things into the machine while the machine is working to prevent injury to people or damage to the machine
2) if the machine has abnormal working sound, it should stop and check immediately to prevent the machine from causing great damage and injury to personnel
3) the machine must be cleaned and maintained while stopping, and the power supply is cut off and a warning plate is put up
4) shut off the power supply after work
5) the operator should have the knowledge of mechanical and electrical operation
6) the operator should be familiar with the structure, performance, safety regulations and the instruction of the machine, etc
7) operators should be trained and certified to work
8) daily inspection should be conducted before each shift
9) users must establish necessary rules and regulations and safety operating rules

Rapair
repair, adjust or replace parts immediately if they do not meet the requirements. The following requirements should be achieved in repair:
1) the replacement should be the same as the raw material performance during maintenance;
2) when the slope type hoisting and descending machine is in working condition, no maintenance and repair shall be carried out.
