2000 series aluminum bar:The 2000 series aluminum bar is characterized by high hardness, of which the copper element content is the highest, about 3-5%. 2000 series aluminum bar belongs to aviation aluminum material, which is not often used in conventional industry.
2024 is a typical duralumin alloy in the aluminum copper magnesium system. It is a heat treatable alloy with high strength, easy processing, easy turning and general corrosion resistance.
After heat treatment (T3, T4, t351), the mechanical properties of 2024 aluminum bar are significantly improved. The T3 state parameters are as follows: tensile strength 470mpa, 0.2% yield strength 325mpa, elongation: 10%, fatigue strength 105Mpa, hardness 120hb.
6000 series aluminum bar:6000 series aluminum bars represent 6061 and 6063, which mainly contain two elements of magnesium and silicon. Therefore, 6061 is a cold-treated aluminum forging product with the advantages of 4000 series and 5000 series. It is suitable for applications with high requirements of corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Good usability, easy coating, good processability.

2024 aluminum bar, aluminum rod is a typical hard aluminum alloy in the aluminum-copper-magnesium series. Its composition is reasonable and its comprehensive performance is good. This alloy is produced in many countries and is the largest amount of hard aluminum.

The alloy can be used as working parts below 150 ° C. The strength of 2024 alloy is higher than that of 7075 alloy. The forming performance is better in the hot state, annealing and new quenching states, and the heat treatment strengthening effect is significant, but the heat treatment process is strict. Poor corrosion resistance, but covered with pure aluminum can be effectively protected; cracks are easy to occur during welding, but special processes can be used for welding and riveting.

2024 aluminum bar,aluminum rod is a high-strength hard aluminum, which can be strengthened by heat treatment. It has moderate plasticity in the quenched and freshly quenched state. It has good spot welding and has the tendency to form intergranular cracks when gas welding. The cutting performance is good, and the machinability after annealing is low: the corrosion resistance is not high. Anodizing treatment and painting methods are often used or the surface is coated with an aluminum layer to improve its corrosion resistance.

2024 is mainly used to make various high-load parts and components (but not including stamping parts and forgings) such as skeleton parts, skins, bulkheads, ribs, spar, rivets and other working parts below 150 ºC on aircraft.

5052 aluminum alloy is the most widely used antirust aluminum, which has high strength, especially fatigue strength: high plasticity and corrosion resistance, can not be strengthened by heat treatment, good plasticity in semi cold work hardening, low plasticity in cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability and polishing. It is mainly used for low load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability and work in liquid or gas medium, such as oil tank, gasoline or lubricating oil conduit, various liquid containers and other small load parts made by deep drawing: wire rod is used for rivets.
